Cost Visibility

Cost details such as hourly rate or salary appear only for users with permission to view cost data.

Editing Work

Users can usually record their own actual hours. Assignment edits require the right project or workload role. Admins and authorized managers can add or change assignments for other members.

Use project-hour requests when you need a change that should be reviewed instead of edited directly.

Adding Assignments

When your role allows it, you can add an assignment by choosing a client, project, and capability. If the project does not exist yet, the workflow can open project creation. If the member does not already have the needed capability on that project, Supervisible can add it during assignment.

Time Off Impact

Approved time off reduces availability before utilization is calculated. A week with fewer available hours can become full or overallocated even if the assigned hours did not change.

The summary cards follow the current date range, period granularity, and visible table rows. Filtering the workload table also updates the headline assigned and available hours.
