Key Concepts

  • Workload %: Hours assigned divided by available hours
  • Capacity: A team member's available hours per week, set in Member Costs. Capacity can change over time — each cost settings period defines its own weekly available hours, and the workload view automatically shows the correct value for each week.
  • Utilization: How much of available capacity is being used
