Workload

Workload is how Supervisible turns project assignments, availability, and time off into a capacity plan. It is the canonical team-capacity surface for weekly reviews, leadership scans, and detailed workload planning.

Workload Views

Core Signals

Workload signals

Where Workload Data Comes From

Workload combines:

  • Project assignments.
  • Actual hours.
  • Weekly availability overrides, including approved time off and manual adjustments.
  • Member-specific availability periods.
  • User default availability.
  • Organization workload settings.

For monthly views, Supervisible splits weeks that cross calendar boundaries by weekdays. Hours only count toward the period containing the working days.

Team workload can be viewed weekly or monthly from the toolbar. The display menu controls secondary options such as grouping, sort order, percentage or raw-hour display, suspended users, and optional summary columns.
