View and manage team workload distribution across projects and clients.

Overview

The Overview page provides a comprehensive view of your team's workload distribution. It helps you quickly identify team members' capacity, project allocations, and billable vs non-billable work.

Key Features

Workload Visualization

  • Current Workload: Shows each team member's current capacity utilization as a percentage
  • Trend Indicators: Compare workload changes from previous and next periods
  • Billable vs Non-Billable: Visual breakdown of time spent on revenue-generating vs internal work

Team Members Table

The main table displays:

  • Team Member: Name and profile picture
  • Workload %: Current capacity utilization with trend arrows
  • Projects: List of projects the person is working on
  • Clients: Associated clients for their projects
  • Billable/Non-Billable Split: Percentage breakdown of work types

Filtering Options

  • Date Range: Select custom date ranges or use preset options
  • Projects: Filter by specific projects
  • Clients: Filter by client organizations
  • Status: Shows active team members by default
  • Filter Persistence: Your filter selections are automatically saved for your session, so they remain active as you navigate between pages

Common Use Cases

Capacity Planning

Use the Overview to:

  • Identify team members with low utilization who can take on more work

Tips

The page defaults to showing the current period based on your organization's settings.

Workload percentages are calculated based on each team member's available hours.

Click on column headers to sort by different metrics.

Use the date range selector to compare different time periods.
