Overview

Overview is the team-level planning dashboard. It is designed for weekly reviews: who is loaded, who has room, where utilization is changing, and which people need a closer look.

Overview is intentionally less dense than the team workload table. Use it for direction and exceptions, then use the detailed views for exact weekly-hour changes.

Data Sources

Overview combines planned assignments, user availability, time off, and organization workload settings. Availability follows the same resolution order used everywhere else:

  1. A weekly availability override.
  2. The active member-specific availability period.
  3. The user's default availability.

Permissions

Overview is a team view and is hidden for freelancer workspaces. Sensitive fields only appear when the user's role allows them.
