Command Center

Command Center is the project planning board for admins. Use it to compare active, planned, and draft projects against available people.

Who can use it

Command Center is admin-only. It only shows controls and fields your role can use.

What It Combines

Planning data
Projects

Draft, planned, and active projects, including dates, client, PM, status, and team.

Team

Active users, roles, capabilities, languages, tools, managers, and weekly availability.

Capacity

Weekly availability, active projects per person, utilization, and assignment coverage.

Time off

Upcoming approved requests and allowance overview where the viewer can update users.

Typical Workflow

  1. Pick the period you are planning.
  2. Scan project columns for missing PMs, missing team members, and capability gaps.
  3. Check team rows for availability and utilization before assigning more work.
  4. Use draft projects to model likely work before it is confirmed.
  5. Move into the project detail page when you need fine-grained assignment or actual-hour edits.

Project Rows and Team Rows

Project columns expose the key delivery fields: client, status, PM, team, capability needs, and dates. Team rows show people who can work on projects, with availability context and current load.

If a person has no assignments in the selected period, Command Center can surface them as available context instead of forcing you to cross-reference the Workload table.
