This is our biggest release yet — a new Slack integration, completely redesigned project and client views, and dozens of improvements across the board.

Slack Integration

You can now connect Supervisible to your Slack workspace. Once installed, you'll get:

• Weekly digest DMs — a personal summary of your upcoming week delivered straight to Slack
• Channel project digests — automatic project updates posted to the channels you choose
• Custom app icons in Slack status updates for a polished look

This is just the beginning for our Slack integration — more capabilities are on the way.

Projects

This release brings a major overhaul to how you work with projects.

• Redesigned list view with customizable display options and sortable properties, so you can see exactly what matters to you
• Capabilities and allocations view — assign required skills to projects and see at a glance who's available with the right expertise
• Team members panel — a new inspector panel shows everyone assigned to a project, their roles, and capabilities
• Draft status and lead client — projects now support a draft status, and the lead client is automatically derived from assignments
• PM/AM permissions — project managers and account managers now have distinct permission levels, giving you finer control over who can do what
• Margin percentages — the cost column has been replaced with color-coded margin percentages for clearer financial visibility
• Faster loading — project lists load significantly faster, especially for organizations with many active projects

• Redesigned client list with a cleaner layout and better navigation
• New client page with an updated detail view

Allocations

• Collapsible bench section and UI polish across the allocation matrix
• Frozen project column — the project name stays visible as you scroll horizontally
• Filtered to current and future — past assignments no longer clutter the matrix

Team Management

• Bulk CSV import — add team members in bulk by uploading a CSV file, saving you from manual one-by-one entry

Time Off

• Requests in the inspector — view pending and recent time-off requests directly from the inspector panel
• Book time off in the past — you can now log time off retroactively
• Delete approved requests — approved future time-off requests can now be cancelled
• Manager approvals — managers can now approve time-off requests for their direct reports
• Corrected allowance display — the inspector now shows accurate remaining allowance

Interface & Performance

• New entity selector component with searchable options across the app
• Virtual scrolling for project and client tables, keeping large lists smooth
• Snappier interactions — removed unnecessary animations for a more responsive feel
• Fixed an issue where some dashboard values could display as NaN

Bug Fixes

• Fixed alignment of Client View column headers with row data
• Fixed an issue where editing capabilities on unassigned rows wasn't possible
• Assignment notifications are now properly cleaned up when assignments are deleted
• Corrected availability week-year alignment on the dashboard
