Introduction

Supervisible ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Supervisible platform, including its web application, website, and third-party integrations (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and organization details when you create an account. When you use our integrations (e.g., Slack), we may also receive your workspace identity, user profile, and message interactions related to Supervisible commands and notifications.

We automatically collect certain technical information, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

Product usage data can include the pages or product surfaces you visit, workspace and role context, email domain, and successful product actions such as setting up a workspace, updating assignments or actual hours, creating time-off requests, and posting project updates.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To understand onboarding, feature adoption, and product engagement
• To process requests, approvals, and notifications
• To authenticate users and manage accounts
• To communicate with you about the Service
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Supervisible to third-party services like Slack, we access only the data necessary to provide the integration features you have enabled. We do not read or store the content of messages beyond what is required to process Supervisible-specific commands and notifications.

When you connect an MCP client (for example Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor), you sign in with OAuth and consent to that client acting as you. Tool calls run with your existing role and organization scope. We store OAuth client identifiers, access-token last-used times, and a request log of tool name, success or error, and duration so workspace admins can audit usage in Settings. Tool results are returned to the connected client for that session; we do not sell that data. You can revoke a client in Settings → MCP.

Product Analytics

We use product analytics to understand whether workspaces complete setup, reach core planning value, and return to use important product surfaces. We configure analytics to limit collection: broad automatic click capture, session recording, page-leave capture, and performance capture are disabled.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service, and as required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
