Organization Settings

Configure workspace-wide settings, billing, and integrations.

Organization Settings

Organization settings control workspace-wide configuration that affects all members. Only Organization Owners and Admins can access these settings.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to SettingsOrganization to view and modify these settings.

General Settings

Organization Name

Your organization's display name, shown in the workspace header and used in exports.

To change:

  1. Click the organization name field
  2. Enter the new name
  3. Changes save automatically

Upload your company logo to personalize the workspace:

  1. Click on the current logo/placeholder
  2. Select an image file (PNG or JPG recommended)
  3. The logo appears in the header and exports

Timezone

The default timezone for your organization, used for:

  • Date displays in reports
  • Workload week boundaries
  • Time off date calculations

Individual members can set their own timezone in Profile settings.

Week Start Day

Configure which day your work week begins (Monday or Sunday). This affects:

  • Workload table column headers
  • Weekly capacity calculations
  • Calendar views

Billing & Subscription

Current Plan

View your current subscription plan and usage:

  • Plan tier
  • Number of seats used vs. available
  • Billing cycle and renewal date

Managing Subscription

To upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing:

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. You'll be redirected to the billing portal
  3. Make changes and return to Supervisible

Invoices

Access past invoices and payment history through the billing portal.

Data & Privacy

Data Export

Export your organization's data:

  1. Click Export Data
  2. Select what to include (projects, members, time entries)
  3. Download the generated file

Exports are available in CSV format.

Data Retention

Supervisible retains your data as long as your account is active. Deactivated members' data is preserved for historical accuracy.

Deleting Your Organization

Warning: This action is irreversible.

To delete your organization:

  1. Contact support at [email protected]
  2. Verify your ownership
  3. Confirm the deletion request

All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

API Access

API access for custom integrations is planned for future releases. Contact support if you have specific integration needs.

Security

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO configuration is available for enterprise plans. Contact sales for setup assistance.

Audit Logs

View all administrative actions in the Activity Log:

  1. Go to SettingsActivity
  2. Filter by action type, user, or date range
  3. Export logs as needed

Logged actions include:

  • Member invitations and role changes
  • Project creation and deletion
  • Settings modifications

Best Practices

Set timezone early. Changing timezone later can cause confusion with existing data.

Review settings quarterly. Ensure organization details stay current.

Limit admin access. Only grant Organization Admin role to those who need it.

Export data regularly. Keep backups of important data.
